Джозеф Ку, MBE, GBS (иер. 顧嘉煇, кант.-рус. Ку Кафай, кит.-рус. Гу Цзяхуэй; англ. Joseph Koo; 25 февраля 1931, Гуанчжоу, Гуандун — 3 января 2023, Ванкувер, Британская Колумбия) — гонконгский композитор, считается одним из самых уважаемых композиторов в Гонконге. В начале своей карьеры использовал псевдоним Можань (莫然) для песен на китайском языке.

Ранние годы

У Ку есть брат и сестра: старшая сестра, известная китайская певица и художница Ку Мэй (顧媚), и младший брат Ку Качхён (顧嘉鏘).

Ку начал учиться музыке в 17 лет, беря уроки игры на фортепиано у филиппинского учителя музыки, который уже давал уроки пения его сестре.

Карьера
